Sultans Jersey Update

To say we have been blown away by the number of orders we have received would be an understatement.

As advertised, the pre-order window closed as of Monday, October 20.

All Sultans of Ping jerseys sold via the site are made to order, and all orders placed before the deadline have now been sent to O’Neill’s for production.

Given the extraordinary volume of orders these must be produced in batches, and will be dispatched as soon as possible when the batches arrive.

We have been given an indicative timeline from O’Neill’s as to when we will take delivery of each batch.

We are expecting to receive the first of these batches from O’Neill’s for redistribution on the week commencing November 3. These will be the orders placed on launch day, October 6.

We expect to receive a batch for orders placed from October 7 to October 19 inclusive from O’Neill’s for redistribution on the week commencing November 10.

For orders from October 16 to October 20 inclusive, we are expecting to receive these from O’Neill’s to redistribute on the week commencing November 17.

As a totally volunteer-driven Trust we appreciate your patience while we process the huge amount of orders we have received.

A reminder that 100% of the proceeds above the cost of producing and delivering these jerseys will be going directly to Down Syndrome Cork – Field of Dreams.
