FORAS AGM set for July
The board wish to give notice that our 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held July, with all member receiving full details by email.
At the AGM, the board will present a review of the past 12 months, share a FORAS financial update and, if applicable, facilitate voting on motions and elections to the board.
The board also wish to confirm the following regarding current Board of Management members:
- Gar Fleming and Declan Carey both have one year remaining on their current 3-year terms.
- David Alton has completed a three-year term on the board and is not seeking election to the board.
- Conor Hallahan and Colm McAuliffe were co-opted to the board at the 2022 AGM and will finish their co-option at the upcoming AGM. They are not seeking re-election.
- John Paul Clifford had two years remaining on his term, but has opted to step down at the upcoming AGM.
Therefore, this leaves five vacancies to be filled at the upcoming AGM. The full agenda for the meeting will be circulated to members prior to the AGM. If any member has not received notice of the AGM, please contact us.
