The 2023 Annual General Meeting was held tonight at the Metropole Hotel. Minutes and slides will be shared with members directly in due course. David Alton, Conor Hallahan, Colm McAuliffe and John Paul Clifford have stepped down from the board. We are extremely grateful for their services to FORAS and CCFC over the past four years and wish them all the best. The outgoing Board of Management of Cork City FC (FORAS) are pleased to announce that earlier today we have had final sign-off on each of the documents required for the football club to be bought outright by Dermot Usher, which has also been approved by our governing body, the Football Association of Ireland. At the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Friends of the Rebel Army Society (FORAS) members voted to create a new Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. The Board of Management of FORAS are now inviting suitable volunteers to apply for a role on the new committee.
